Temperature and time setting:

1. Sublimation heat transfer - temperature: 220 ℃, time: 20 seconds

2. Film heat transfer - Temperature: 160-180 ℃, time: 8-10 seconds

3. Foam heat transfer --- temperature: 140-160 ℃, time: 5-8 seconds

4. hot drilling ---------- temperature: 180 ℃, time: 5-8 seconds

 

Trouble shooting:

Temperature: When the device reaches the set temperature after the heating plate does not heat, leave the tea thermostat wiring at the same time to confirm whether the thermocouple damage (temperature control 0 degrees Celsius when about 15 minutes to reach 180 degrees Celsius)

Time: Set the time to reach the alarm (buzzer does not ring) or alarm constantly (buzzer does not stop), please check the cabinet within the micro switch contact point is moderate, if there is an exception, please adjust to the appropriate location.

 

 

 

 

 

Start heat press machine does not contain air compressor, customers need to use their own air compressor.

 

Precautions:

1. The machine must have a suitable and reliable ground protection to ensure safety

2. Please note the front and back of the heat transfer paper

3. In the cooling state, to tear off the heat transfer paper, please use a blackboard to rub the heat paper pressure equal to rub again, wait 5-10 seconds, and then tear off

4. Hot stamping effect requires the correct temperature, time and pressure to match each other

5. The thickness of the clothing and the type of material and heat transfer paper can affect the heat transfer effect

6. If the pressure is not large enough, please loosen the pressure screw, and then turn the pressure regulating nut to adjust the size of the pressure, adjust the tightening after locking the pressure screw, press the arm just hard
