DELIVERY

 

We cover most parts of the UK on a monthly basis.  We do this on our own vehicles, so please allow time for delivery. We usually work to a set schedule covering the mainland.

 

Delivery is free for mainland UK. For all other areas including the Highlands, Islands and offshore addresses, we can deliver but there will be an additional delivery charge.  Please feel free to get in touch beforehand to confirm.

 

The list of Postcodes below points out the areas where there will be a charge for delivery.  The list is not exhaustive but gives a good idea.

Please note:

 

·         Our delivery driver is a single person – they will require your help and assistance to unload your order from the delivery vehicle.

·         Delivery is the kerbside or frontage of your address only. The driver at their discretion may agree to help you to take it indoors.

·         We will not deliver to upstairs locations.

·         If you are not at home at the time of the delivery (after the date has been agreed in advance) we will return your order to our warehouse. Re-delivery will be charged at full rate

·         ALL orders must be checked by the customer at the point of delivery. Faults, breakages and other defects cannot be reported once the driver has left.

·         Such faults or breakages must be noted on the delivery paperwork.
