Because of the different quality of tap water in Australia and New Zealand, we have designed a water conditioner and pH stabilizer for your COCO substrate in form of CANNA CALMAG AGENT.

Our agent ensures a balanced amount of calcium and magnesium specially designed to add to your nutrients. This product will increase the EC value of the water you use, stabilizing the water for your plant to feed on. It makes water harder and will create the best base water for your plant to be able to take in all the nutrients it needs, to grow healthy and strong on a coco substrate.

Directions for use (on Soft or R.O Water)

  1. Mix your desired nutrients in the tank first.

  2. Mix in the additives to be used such as CANNABOOST, RHIZOTONIC, CANNAZYM and, or PK13/14.

  3. Add CANNA CALMAG to the nutrient mix as last following these guidelines:

  4. Dosage: Depending on water quality, softness and target plant, use 5 – 10 ml / 10 litres.

  5. Keep in mind that a stable pH is also temperature dependent.

  6. The nutrient solution can be applied directly after mixing but wait 24-48 hours before doing any pH adjustment to allow correct buffering of your solution.

Caution:

  • Be careful when using a pH Up (+) as CANNA CALMAG AGENT will first drop in pH and rise over the course of the next 24–48 hours

Shipping

Please contact us for a shipping price. We do not charge any handling fees and use a number of different couriers to get the best price for your location. When you purchase an item please add the quoted amount into the ebay checkout.

Insurance is included in some shipping prices, we will let you know when quoting a price, if you would like insurance please let us know, we will arrange it for you. Please note we take no responsibility for items damaged in transit. We package all items in plain packaging for your privacy.
We ship Monday to Friday, (except NSW public holidays) and Australia wide.

Delivery

Once payment is made items are shipped within 1 business day. Depending on your location you should receive your item in 2-5 business days. Please note NT and WA deliveries may take longer.

If your item arrives with noticeable external damage please refuse shipment and contact us immediately. If you sign for a damaged item you are accepting it in that condition. If you want to accept an item that is noticeably damaged, you can do an internal inspection before signing for it, but only with the delivery driver present.

DOA

If you receive an item which does not work or stops working, you can return it within 14 days and we will replace it for you (shipping at customer?s cost). After 14 days you must claim on the manufacturers warranty.

Return Policy

We will accept returns up to 60 days after item is paid for, original  packaging must be in good condition so we can resell. NO REFUNDS, only a store credit will be given minus the final value fee of the item, return shipping at customers cost.

Warranty

A manufacturer warranty comes with all products we sell. Most products have a 1 year warranty; some have more please check item description. If you have a problem with the product please contact the manufacturer or us and we will provide you the name and number of the manufacturer. Please kept receipt for warranty purpose.

We accept Bank Deposit, electronic or at a branch. Please include item number as a reference when paying. If paying at a bank please ask teller to include item number, if they cannot fit the whole number, then include the last 5 digits only. You will receive our bank details at check-out automatically if you pay using ?Bank deposit express? at checkout.

We also accept Visa and Mastercard, we are a store merchant and have our own secure credit card facilities with the ANZ. The billing address for the card must match the shipping address.
