FROM MADEIRA WITH LOVE....

 

Found in an estate liquidation on the island of Madeira in Portugal, that of a family with ties to Germany.

Antique seven candle Temple Menorah.

 

It stands 10 inches tall and measures approximately 8 3/4 inches across.

Made of heavy cast brass, the Menorah is sound, however, it does have some oxidation on the brass as well as a dark staining on the base, two corners, that I have illustrated, see photos.

The staining is limited to one area and basically only visible on the back when displayed.  

Being offered with the base corners stained or oxidized as described. 

I inserted a standard size playing card in one photo as a reference for size.
