How to use: 
1. Hold a pole in each hand.  When laying down.  Hold the shorter part of the "L" shape so that the longer part is parallel to the ground.  Make sure to hold the tow bar loose enough so that they can swing freely from side to side.  Hold the rod on your . Remember to keep the pole parallel to the ground or incline very downward.
2. The rod should be placed flat on the index finger.  And the bottom of the handle should fit the heel of your hand.
3. Do not hold the handle.  Because the rod must float freely to swing.  However, hold your hands properly to improve stability.
