I believe the item is in good condition, but one of the Swarovski crystals on the far right has come off. It can be repaired at a Swarovski store.

It's the Swarovski "Mickey Black Pendant," featuring the popular Disney character, Mickey Mouse. It's adorned with jet black and clear crystal pavé. The chain is decorated with Mickey's iconic white gloves and stars.
