Don't miss out on the opportunity to own a piece of history with this antique glove box.
This glove box belonged to my great-grandmother. I have no idea where or when she got it. It is over 100 years old. The rectangle, green glove box measures approximately 13" long, 4 3/4" wide and 2 1/2" deep. It is hinged. The box appears to made of wood and the top and bottom appear to be made of some kind of cardboard. It seems to be covered in some kind of paper, that makes me think of wallpaper. The flowers on the top are appliqued.  Condition Issues: The cardboard corners and edges or worn, the latch on the front is broken and missing, the appliqued flowers on the top of the box are coming up at the edges, and the green covering is missing in some places.
