ASIAN KOREAN LOW PROFILE FOLDING LEGS CARVED WOODEN WOOD COFFEE TEA TABLE ANTIQE

Up for your consideration is this Extremely Beautiful and RARE Antique Asian / Korean Style Carved Low Profile Folding Coffee / Tea Table. We are unsure exactly what kind of wood it is made from however it is a solid hardwood, possibly rosewood or teak.....or another hardwood specie that has been stained the reddish color and lacquered with a clear coat. This is from the estate of a Korean couple who informed us that this was shipped over from Korea when they moved to the states in the 1970's and it has been well cared for since then with only a few tiny imperfections from age and use. Please take a good look at the pictures to get a better idea of beauty and condition. All along the outer apron are gorgeous oriental style carvings with what appears to be a winged butterfly or moth in the center plus engraved brass medallions at each corner. The legs have been carved into elegant, curvaceous forms and fold up under the table for easy storage and transport. This would make a wonderful addition to your Asian inspired decor. CONDITION: This comes to you in overall excellent antique condition. As you can see in the pictures there is one tiny puncture mark (about the size of a pencil tip) in the top of the table as well as a tiny chip in one leg. Also there are (which are much less noticeable) several small signs of "use" or "wear" around the outer edge such as little dings or scuffs. Aside from that the finish is still very shiny, the legs are all solid, and it displays beautifully. AUTHENTICITY and your SATISFACTION are UNCONDITIONALLY 100% GUARANTEED!!!
