Nice condition, great sounding Ludwig Rocker floor tom.  Wrap has some scuffs and scrapes, judge for yourself from the photos.  Item is used, hardware have some surface rust that should clean off, overall it is ready to play.  Badge is not shown but is included, will need new air vent.

There are some extra holes from the previous owner.
