In order to avoid unnecessary returns due to unsuitable parts, we ask you to ensure that the specified vehicles were equipped with different parts at the factory depending on the year of manufacture and equipment

Avoid “blind purchases” of electronic components for testing purposes.

Electronic components are generally excluded from exchange/return if you cannot provide proof (invoice) of professional installation in a vehicle workshop.

The goods are delivered as shown in the pictures. We expressly point out that our spare parts are exclusively used, original spare parts.

Our offered item is a used replacement part. Used spare parts usually always show signs of wear, which is why they are also referred to as used.

Like all used items, our spare parts may show signs of wear (scratches, etc.). Before purchasing, you should therefore be aware that you are purchasing a used item with signs of wear. You should therefore only buy if you actually want to purchase a used item.

Of course, we try to describe the signs of use to the best of our knowledge and belief in the item description or the pictures. Therefore no reason for a complaint.

Each component is sealed or marked before shipping. If the seal is damaged, no return is possible.
