Product will ship only after full payment has been received. If payment is not received after seven calendar days, an unpaid item case will be opened and the item will be relisted at our discretion.
Regarding damage claims; Damage to merchandise during shipping has to be reported immediately to PC Survivors upon discovery. ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE SAVED in case they have to be submitted to the shipping company as evidence of damage. Customer is responsible for inspecting the product before signing off on it.
Payment
We accept PayPal payments, all major credit cards processed through PayPal, from a US verified addresses.
Warranty
We offer a 30-day from the day the product is received. We will be happy to refund or replace as needed. We first need to have the complete product returned to PC Survivors after which we will either replace or issue a refund (please see returns).
Returns or Exchanges
We will take back all Defective/Dead on Arrival items within 30 days from receipt of purchased item. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective (not noted in the original description of the listing), please contact PC Survivors within 5 calendar days of receipt, so that we can resolve any issues in a timely manner. We will refund ONLY if the entire order is returned.
