King George II period sterling silver marrow scoop spoon by Thomas Pye in 1738. Shell back design.


Marks: maker PYE (Thomas Pye); lion silver mark; London assay office mark; date letter C for the year 1738.


Dimensions:approx 9½ inches long.


Weight: 1.83 troy oz (56.9g).


 

Light ding mark to the bowl but overall exceellent condition.
