Shipping Policy:
- Our items are located in New Jersey, US. Item locates in US and ships from US.
- We use an official eBay fulfillment channel. This channel will automatically fills in a tracking number 10 minutes after your order is placed. That means that the eBay fulfillment channel already accepted the order and the item is ready to be outbound from the warehouse.
- We use USPS Economic or UPS MI Mail service. Delivery should take 3-7 business days depends on where you live and how far from New Jersey. For example, delivery to New York should take 3 business days while delivery to Washington State should take 6-7 business days.
- If you wish to cancel order after an order is completed. Please do so with in 8 minutes, otherwise, once the tracking number is filled in by eBay, there is little to no chance of canceling the order but to ship it to you. However, if you truly wish to cancel, you can still ship this back unopened after you receive the package.
Return Policy:
- We accept return at our cost within 30 days. Please contact us before you wish to return an item. If an item is defective, it may happen from time to time, we will evaluate the case scenario and we may refund you in full without you returning the item. Pictures of the item being defective or broken has to be provided before we can full refund.
- When a return has been started, we will upload a prepaid label to the returning page. You can use that label we uploaded to ship the item back to us.
- Refund amount will be adjusted if the item is used, missing parts, wrong item returned. We may deduct up to 100% if any of these situation occur.
- We encourage you to contact us before you return an item.
