Peace of mind of our customers:

The vast majority of our items are covered by a 1-month warranty return to base. If there is an issue, the item should be returned and we will either repair or replace if we have an alternative in stock. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund of the price you paid for the item if genuinely faulty (the refund will not include any delivery charges). Any fault or damage to the item resulting from noncompliance with the manufacturer’s designed usage is not covered by our policy to repair, replace or refund.
