I aim to ship all orders within 24 hours (Excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Most items are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless stated otherwise.

Delivery estimates are a guide and not guaranteed.

If your item has not arrived in time then please first check the tracking updates. More detailed tracking information can be found by with Royal Mail website's tracking tool, using the tracking number provided. If your item shows as delivered, but you haven't received it, then please check with other household members, near neighbours, and outbuildings. Since deliveries do usually get found at the premises.

Returns

Great care is taken to ensure items are described accurately and any condition issues will be included in the description. Items are always packaged sensibly and securely.

If there is an issue with your item then please inform me via Ebay message as soon as possible.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return your item then just open a return request for the item.

Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives in an unsatisfactory condition which was not indicated at time of sale.
