If D.O.A. status is the result of shipping, the Buyer must make a claim with the shipping agent. At Seller's option, D.O.A. item(s) will be replaced or the purchase price(s) refunded. If the Seller requests a return, the Seller pays return shipping.  If the Seller doesn't want the D.O.A. item(s) returned, the Buyer is responsible for item disposal.  

Warranty: 30 day warranty begins from the date Buyer receives delivery. All items are sold As-Is, Where-Is.  All installations must be done by a Pristine Sales-approved, manufacturer-certified installer. At request of Seller, Buyer will provide documentation of analysis of any warranty-related issues. 

Returns: All sales are final, except the aforementioned D.O.A. and Warranty policies
