Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, and many other methods. Payment must be made within 3 days after the end of the auction. We will ship within 10 business working days (except national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays in Japan time) for shippiing.
Shipping
We will send the products from DHL FedEx and JAPAN Post. The package will arrive in 5-14 days after shipping. A tracking number will be attached, so please enjoy your shopping with confidence. Shipping is only available at the address registered with PayPal. Please note that addresses not registered with PayPal will not be accepted. Ships from Monday to Friday. It is not available on weekends as the any Office is closed.
Terms of Sale
Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us. There is an unconditional return policy if notified within 30 days of receipt of the item. All returned items must be in their original condition. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Please contact me for return first before you return it to me. The shipping cost for returned goods will be borne by the seller.
Tariffs: To overseas buyers
Please be careful Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to find out what these additional costs will be before bidding or purchasing.
If the cancellation is due to the purchaser, we will charge a PayPal fee. If your address has remote charges, we will charge you additional shipping charges at a later date.
