VERY IMPORTANT AND MUST READ:

1.Please do carefully read the manual before using it. Proper fit of the collar is quite important.

2.The shock should always be the last source to use. Always start at the lowest level and work your way up when using shock mode.

3.Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 8 hours per day. Please take the collar off every 2 hours if conditions permit.

4.Checking the contact area every day.

5.If you have to cut some part of the strap off, please do immediately singe the collar ends with a lighter to avoid fraying

6.Before using the dog training collar, make sure that the contact points must have direct contact with dog's skin on the underside of neck.

7. To make your dog to adapted to the training tool, it is recommended to start training dogs at a lower level.

8. Adjust the most comfortable collar length to your dog, do not too loose or too tight.

9.If you don’t use shock mode, you can remove the conductive points from the receiver.

If your dog has long hair you must trim the hair ( Shave two circles in the area where the progs go) as everyone knows hair isn't conductor of electricity

So keep that in mind, also, do not use the rubber contact points, those are only for sensitive dogs.

If you can shock yourself that means the issue isn't our product, that means the progs aren't touching the skin and that's why you need to trim the hair and tighten the collar.
