Fantastic 1969 Beatles UK LP. This was the Beatles' 12th LP, released on the 26th September. It was also the last official Beatles release that was recorded by them. Staying at number one for almost 18 consecutive weeks, it was only knocked off by The Rolling Stones' "Let It Bleed."

Lovely FLAT & SHINY vinyl. She only carries very light marks-providing ONLY some VERY light and VERY occasional background noise...
I noticed some light background crackle in the low sections of 'I Want You.' A very light revolutionary pop at the very start of 'Maxwells Silver Hammer' which fades away quickly before the track gets going. Visually there are marks across side 1 but I did not find it to affect playback at all...Side 2 has a tiny mark which registered at the start of You Never Give Me Your Money, but fades away around a quater of the way into the track and I didn't find it ffensive.
After I cleaned her in my Ultrasonic bath I then cleaned her further on my Pro-Ject VCS MkII Vacuum Record cleaner I had the utter joy of listening to her-all the way through..
CERTAINLY NO JUMPS OR SKIPS ON MY FOCUS ONE DECK WITH SMK ARM AND AUDIO TECHNICA STYLUS FITTED.
Overall the audio was lovely and rich, with clear peaks and deep bassy lows-PURE QUALITY.
FLAT AS THE DAY SHE WAS BORN.

There are only light spindle marks, seen when angled towards the light...With minimal hole wear. With a name to each side.

This is the 1st pressing DARKER version of this Apple label.

The last song credit DOES NOT HAVE "Her Majesty" on the Side 2 label.

The cover of this LP is the rarer cover; with the alignment of the Apple Logo on the back NOT being inline with the text.
The spine remains lovely and strong.
There are only a few small crescents and lines of spidering to the front and back laminate-REAL QUALITY HERE.
I noticed the back, at the bottom has some small areas of lifting which have been sympathtiocally coured in with green and black to match the background...Only small areas-again: Please see the detailed images.
The corners only have some light rubbing,
