Can be used as steam or dry iron. Tested everything works as should no issues. Cosmetically, Unit everything great condition nothing cracked broken including cord not dry rotted. Box has seen some shelf  wear and tear some staining, but structurally sound. Pamphlet complete great condition no tears stains   All original
