1) If the item fails after installation. You may return the warranty item to us for a replacement. Buyer pays the shipping fee. 2) If we send you the wrong parts . You may pay a deposit and have a replacement item sent in advance. Then you may return the warranty item to us and your deposit will be refunded. We pay for the shipping within the continental USA.

3) Shipping Damage. We use UPS Ground, Fedex and USPS First class to ship all items . Buyer should check the parcel condition before sign the signature. Please refuse to sign the parcel if you noticed something wrong, and get a shipping damaged report from carrier. We will send you a replacement at the same day once you provide the shipping damage report . We won’t cover any lost if buyer don’t check the parcel condition before the signature.
