GENERAL TERMS:
We are listing the parts from the original machine it came from. You may have to check to see if the part listed will fit your application, most manufacturers list their part numbers online. We will try to help you with this if requested. We provide pictures where necessary to show the condition or damage of the part. We will gladly provide additional pictures or information on request.
SHIPPING:
Shipping & handling costs are beyond our control, please bear in mind that we are in Northern Canada. United States customers may be charged duties or taxes when the part arrives. Canadians are charged GST. If you would like to pick up the item, then select local pick up and we will send you our address when the part is ready. Pick-ups may be made Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5 pm. We ship most items through the mail. On larger items, a freight service will be used and pick up at the nearest depot may be necessary. Please request for combined shipping on multiple items ordered together.
IF YOU LIVE IN A REMOTE OR DISTANT LOCATION, THE SHIPPING COSTS MAY EXCEED THE ESTIMATED VALUE. IF THIS IS THE CASE, THEN WE WILL INFORM YOU OF THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO PAY OR GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF CANCELING THE ORDER.

Please make sure the part you order is the right part and is in a condition that's acceptable for you. If the part is not as pictured or not in the condition that we described then please contact us and we will make it right.
We offer a 30 day return policy, as long as you get prior authorization from us and return the original part in its original condition. (it cannot have been installed or taken apart). The return shipping must be prepaid and you will only get a refund for the part and not the shipping. We do not have any warranty on our parts however if the part does not work when you receive, we will send a replacement or get you to send it back for a refund.
