This bellows focusing attachment is in excellent condition. Original finish, not worn or damaged. The original box has some splits and tears. This PB-4 attachment comes with a bunch of extras. It has a BR-2 macro adapter ring, a Type M focusing ring, Two (2)  E-2 Extension rings, and a Prinze series 7-8 52mm (looks like a slide holder of some sort…not sure). You get all this stuff!
