Dr Manhattan has 28 points of articulation, and is dressed for the theatre in a nice black suit complete with vest, white shirt and tie. He also has two sets of hands - fists and open. 

Clothes are removable to reveal his iconic blue skin. 

This DC Direct figure is highly detailed, down to buttons and shoe laces, and has a base with a holder to help the figure stand up for stable display.
