The Stepped Square Bases are Beautifully Moulded with Repousse Ribbons and Garlands of Ivy Leaves which Trail 

The Tapered Square Stems have Bacchanalian Goat Heads to the Top with Bows Beneath with Suspended Tassels, The Sconcers have Swags and Bows
