This awesome vintage 18-month dress is from Mousefeathers and is made in the USA. It has a double tag for Dottie Doolittle as it was sold in the San Francisco boutique.

It is 100% cotton, corduroy, red with a blue floral print , and blue floral ruffle around Peter pan style collar.  4  buttons in the front.

Very good condition.
