The selector rod has part number 2511434109 and fits BMW E46 3 SERIES WITH Getrag transmission and 6 cylinder engines (320i, 323i, 325i). Will most likely not fit a 328i & 330i & M3 without modification because they have a different gearbox from the others.

Item is disassembled to save shipping space, but reassembly is as easy as pushing the one bit into the other with the new white plastic bearing provided.
