I've temporarily raised shipping prices for all sub-$20 cards to the 3oz price, because my local USPS has been sending envelopes back for "postage due" even though I'm within all the Standard Envelope guidelines. I've raised the issue with eBay customer service and hopefully there is an update soon and I can lower shipping back to the cost per oz as before. I sell lots of cheap cards so I want the shipping to be as fair as possible. Thanks for your interest and please reach out with questions.
