Please be aware Royal Mail may experience some delays from time to time. 

On my end, I always dispatch within 2 working days as per my listings. In the unfortunate event of postal delays, I kindly ask for your patience to wait until 12 working days have passed before opening an items not received case so that Royal Mail can treat the item as lost (10 working days after due delivery aim which is 2-3 working days) and I can then make a claim on your behalf to Royal Mail.
