Clearly a bits and bobs project piece shirt that is absolutely wearable. Love the unusual cobbled together velvet with cotton and lace. Would be so cute with layered skirts and boots!

The neck swag is attached with hidden safety pins. The shirt closes at the shoulder with hidden snaps.
