I am not a professional grader and all conditions are my opinion as ebay forces me to choose and gives options that basically mean near perfect or pretty much junk. Let the pictures speak for themselves. 

      All cards $5 and under are shipped in PWE in penny sleeve and semi-rigid top loader for $1.09 unless otherwise stated in shipping description.

      Due to either PO losing more for more of my shipments than normal lost mail, or unethical and dishonest buyers, I am forced to institute the following policy.

WITH PURCHASE BUYER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RECEIPT OF ITEMS SHIPPED IN PLAIN WHITE ENVELOPE VIA US MAIL. (That means if the USPS loses it, it's on you and no refund will be given once item has been shipped)

        BUYER IS HEREBY OFFERED THE OPTION TO AVOID RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPMENT AND RECIEVE TRACKING NUMBER WITH PURCHASE AND  SHIPPED IN RIGID TOP LOADER AND AS A FLAT PACKAGE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $6. IF BUYER WISHES TO USE THIS OPTION BUYER WILL NEED TO MESSAGE ME VIA EBAY MESSENGER PRIOR TO PAYMENT TO REQUEST AN INVOICE WITH ADDITIONAL FEE APPLIED.

       

       PAYMENT OF ITEMS WITHOUT REQUEST FOR INVOICE AND PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE SHIPPED AS PER AFOREMENTIONED DESCRIPTION WITH BUYER AGREEING TO ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT.

My apologies to all of the honest buyers out there who aren't trying to steal anything they can get their hands on but this policy has become necessary to keep my shipping cost down and avoid unscrupulous and dishonest buyers. As ebay charges not only a fee on shipping but also an additional 30 cents each transaction, many of my items sell for .99 cents so do the math and with tracking that leaves me in the red, not even breaking even on that sale
