The LCD is clear and the information is displayed accurately. There is no digital bleed or distortion. 

The screen is scratch free

All the buttons / controls function 100% with no issue, there is no slippage or sticking when using the dials or controls.

The rubber hand grips are in unblemished condition and are securely fitted to the camera body. They are neither slack, discoloured nor sticky. This is a very nice camera to handle and operate.

The built in pop up flash responds and fires as required. 

The hot shoe is responsive and an external flash can be added or any other desired accessory.

This is a great camera to use and will capture superb images at a very high quality.

Features

The EOS 100D shares a similar set of features with the larger Canon EOS 700D. However, it does have an improved focus tracking system in live view mode called Hybrid CMOS AF II with 80% frame coverage. The 700D has the previous version of Hybrid CMOS AF with much reduced frame coverage.[5]
