The top of the skirt has been made in a very good quality black  lycra fabric which is stretchy & very comfortable to wear (fits in all the right places VERY FIGURE FLATTERING). This skirt  has a black elasticated low waistband which is worn on higher hips, it has a 5.5 inch shaped top.

The skirt has been made in a totally stunning mixed fabrics with contrasting  pleated panels, I have overlocked on the outer edge in black which looks AWESOME. This skirt has been finished with two satin bows .
