In caso di prodotto difettoso o non conforme, provvederemo a farci carico delle spese di spedizione e a semplificare il reso: il corriere passerà a nostre spese direttamente a casa vostra per il ritiro del prodotto.
In caso di reso dovuto a Errato Acquisto o Ripensamento, è necessario che la merce sia resa NON USATA o nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stata inviata, nell'imballaggio originale completa di tutte le parti integranti; in questo caso la spedizione è a spese dell'acquirente.
