Makeup products are typically not refundable, but if something goes wrong, just let me know and I'll see what I can do to resolve the issue. If a refund is issued, it will not include the higher of either the "true" shipping charges or whatever you paid for shipping with this listing. But, I'm confident that you will be happy with your item anyway.
