Nice restored lure. Nice Head-On Basser. This lure is excellently restored and repainted. We don’t know who worked on this lure, but the talent is obvious. A very nice lure. We just purchased a very large collection of restored lures. An eBayer sent us the following info. "This Heddon Basser was made in 1921 and has “L-Rigged” treble hooks!"
