1.The oven is are composed of 4 parts,
namely, the oven housing, chamber (working chamber), vacuuming
system and temp-controlling system.
2.The temperature controller has a PID to adjust its output features.
Its output power is adjustable and the
temperature measuring errors can be
corrected .Besides,there are light alarm and automatic cut-off when the
preset safe temperature is exceeded.
3.The housing is made of high-quality thin sheets with a plastic-jet
surface, presenting a colorful appearance.
The chamber is made of galvanized steel
board or stainless steel boards.
4.Easy-to-clean heavy duty 304 stainless steel interior for exceptional
durability and ease of maintenance.
5.Force adjustable door handle and one-piece door sealing gasket
maintain consistent vacuum level.
6.Dual layer observation window with tempered safety glass. |

Usage and precautions |
|
1. Place the items that need to be dried
into the vacuum box, close the box door, close the vent valve, turn on
the vacuum pump, connect the vacuum
pump to extract air, and achieve the required vacuum degree in the
box. Close the vacuum valve and turn
off the power supply of the vacuum pump.
2. Turn on the power supply of the vacuum box, select the desired set
temperature, and the temperature
inside the box will begin to rise. When
the temperature inside the box approaches the set temperature, the
heating indicator will flash on and
off, and the vacuum box will be in working condition. Turn off the power
switch according to the different
drying times required for different items.
3. After drying, the power should be turned off first, the air release
valve should be turned on, and the
vacuum inside the box should be
relieved. Open the box door and take out the items (when opening the
box,
due to the deformation of the sealing
ring and glass door suction, after releasing the vacuum, wait for a
moment for the sealing ring to return
to its original shape before opening the box door). |
