    USPS doesn’t provide a real time tracking number like UPS. It however provides a USPS shipping initiation and receipt confirmation number. This number will be emailed to you upon shipment.

    To We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to give an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days. Contact us first for return authorization before you ship back the package. Additionally, the product must be in its original condition: including box, packaging, and all other accessories. No refund will be made for damaged parts. If we send the wrong item, we will take care of everything for exchange. If buyer places the wrong order, we accept exchange or refund money on item with 15% restocking fee and shipping is nonrefundable.     Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
    Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, we will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
    If the item is not found defective or damaged, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense. Items returned without our authorization will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for all return postage and shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable.
