Enjoy free shipping on all eBay orders from us with additional services available where possible at a small extra cost. If available, these will be visible during the checkout process.

The majority of items ordered before 16:00 GMT will be dispatched the same working day, with many items being delivered next day or within five business days to UK mainland addresses. If this is not possible, it is stated under the postage section on our product listing page.

Returns

Changed your mind? If you would like to return your item/s and are within 30-days of your order date, you can open up a return request via your orders page to follow the instructions provided.

The item/s must be returned along with all accessories, in the original box and internal packaging. It must not be used, installed, or downloaded.

There are some exemptions to our returns policy such as health & hygiene products which, once the seal is broken, are unable to be returned. This is including but not limited to headphones/shavers/toothbrushes.

The items supplied must be returned at your own expense and within your returns period as stated by eBay when you open a return request, to;
