Condition - In good used condition. The hem has come undone / has been let down. It can be easily be stitched back up or left down as does not show. The fabric at the back at the top near the zip the stitching has come undone on one side - very easy sewing job. There is also a couple of very small pulls in the fabric - not noticeable. This has all been reflected in the price.
