This is a remanufactured genuine OEM power door lock actuator for 2012 to 2015 Prius V.

Does not work on others prius (only prius V) and for 2015 must made before 11/2014.

It is easy, just put the old part in the same box, put the prepaid USPS label on it and drop it in any post office.
