Here is a super cool chrome GT Intercepter racing BMX bike with 20" wheels from approx 1992. (the serial number is KG2600B00476? and is stamped on the bottom of the cranks housing) Mid-Old School BMX bikes are super cool and are way better than money in the bank!
The bike features; an original CHROME GT frame and forks with original decals. I got this one just like you see it. Has vintage handlebars, (the top bar is kind of oval shaped) cool silver neck/stem, GT forks, GT sprocket, black GT seat, GT double seat post clamp, and more! I got this one just like you see it. I took lots of pics and have nothing to hide. Be your own judge of condition, originality, etc! The head tube says Made in USA Huntington Beach, California! Bike has freewheel rear hub and old 20 Specialized tires that do hold air. Add your hand brake. This bike is so cool and will only go UP in value!
Add up the parts.... frame, forks, seat, cranks, DOUBLE clamp, handlebars... the $ value adds up faster than the price listed of the whole bike as you see it!
The frame measures approx 18 1/2" from the center of the seat post tube to the center of the head tube.
I hope you LOVE IT! These are the kind of bikes I grew up with. Now they dont seem to exist! Bring back some fond memories and create some new ones as well! I have never seen another like it in a LONG time!
This is a super cool bike you can ride and have fun with. BMX bikes are getting more popular! They make a good investment that will only go UP in value. Most were abused and throw away back in the day and are getting much harder to find now! They will only be worth more money in the future! You will LOVE this bike! *NOTED FLAWS I got this one just like you see it. It comes exactly as shown with all parts that you see. Chrome shows age. I did not see any dents, breaks, or rewelds in the frame. I love the original decals! Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (most every used bike out there seems to) Seat post is NOT frozen in place. BMX is better than money in the bank. Take good care of this and it will only go UP in value! If you click on any of the pics they get very large to show lots of detail.
