Very nice backpack! So many pockets in this thing! There is some wear to the outside leather of the backpack, but it's hard to see in the pictures. It's nothing too bad.
The inside is good as new and all zippers work except for one. The only one that doesn't work is the expansion zipper, which is good because it isn't to a pocket. If you keep the backpack expanded, you won't even notice. I took a picture of it, the zipper is messed up at the bottom middle of the back of the pack. Otherwise this is a fully functional backpack, with the Tumi quality!
