Description：PVA nasal dressing with size 8*2*1.5cm without airtube, sterilized packing.

1. Remove the package of PVA nasal dressing (check whether the package is damaged before removal); 

2. Operation process: 

Application of endoscopic sinus surgery and nasal polyp surgery: according to the operation site, cut nasal PVA hemostatic sponge into corresponding shape and put it in the middle nasal  meatus, then slowly inject 2 ml (0.25g) of chloramphenicol oil (or normal saline) into the hemostatic sponge, and the hemostatic sponge will expand rapidly and compress evenly on the wound surface within 1 min, and then conduct routine anti-inflammatory treatment after filling, drip antibiotic liquid locally, and keep the sponge moist. Take it out after 24-48h; 

Correction of nasal septum: after the operation, PVA hemostatic sponge was placed between the corresponding parts on both sides of the nasal septum and the lateral wall of the nasal cavity. After filling, slowly inject 2ml (0.25g) of chloramphenicol oil (or normal saline) into the hemostatic sponge. And routine anti-inflammatory treatment was carried out, local anti biotin liquid was dripped  to keep the sponge moist. After 24-48h, it was taken out. 

Nose bleeding: cut PVA hemostatic sponge into different shapes according to the bleeding parts (septum, middle meatus, inferior meatus and olfactory cleft), send it gently to the bleeding parts with forceps, inject 1 ml (0.125g) - 2 ml (0.25g) of chloramphenicol oil (or physiological saline) into the hemostatic sponge, and then conduct routine anti-inflammatory treatment after filling, and drip antibiotic liquid locally to keep wet, then taking it out after 24-48h; 

3. Inject 3ml of sterile normal saline into PVA hemostatic sponge before taking it out. After soaking the hemostatic sponge for 2min, use hemostatic forceps to hold the tail of the thread and pull it out gently. After taking out, use antibiotics for 5-7d according to the condition.
