This is a new in box Matt Wieters Bobblehead with active (bobble) arm feature. This was a Bowie Baysox 2012 promotional giveaway. The text on the box celebrates Matt's accomplishments to date, including his stint with the Baysox in 2008. It features Matt wearing a Baysox uniform. He is in a standing position preparing to throw. 

This is new, only removed from the box to take pictures. The box has shelf wear. This comes from a pet-free, smoke-free home. This would make a nice addition to your collection if you are an Oriole's fan and/or a fan of former O’s all-star catcher Matt Wieters.
