What you see is what you get.  Vintage Peerless (sold by C.E. Marshall) automatic reversing watch cleaner.  This unit does power up, and the heater works, but the motor won't turn.  The rheostat appears to be bad, because I was able to get the motor to turn by "jumping" the rheostat - but it turned very slowly.
