After sales

1.We provide a 30 day warranty for our products. After you receive the goods, please conduct testing immediately. If there are any issues, please contact us and return to us within 14 days. The cost will be borne by you, and we will not provide a full refund after 14 days.

2. We are responsible for exchanging the goods and sending another one to you via FedE or postal air parcel. But we may send another one after receiving the one you sent back.

3.If you need to return the goods and request a refund (the goods are valid, but you want to return them), we may only refund you the payment for the goods and not the shipping fee. Please understand!

4. Items can be returned or exchanged within 7-15 days.

5. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

6. Defective products must be returned within 7-15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
