He works, but not properly. I'm not sure of it's because I don't know how to use him or if there is really a problem. He will not automatically sit on the charger, so he has to be plugged in to charge.

He barks, whines, and moves around.

He does not follow commands, but will randomly sit and lay.

He has trouble getting traction on the floor.

He will fetch with assistance, but will not come back.

I don't know if the watch is charging.

The only reason I did not list for parts only is because I was not given the option. This toy is being purchased AS IS.
