BEFORE ORDERING TO ENSURE YOUR MODULE IS COVERED BY OUR REPAIR SERVICE.
All units will be visually inspected and then repaired followed by a full test using
our proprietary rig which, after repair, will emulate the repaired unit being installed in a vehicle.
We use your original proxy data so when you reinstall, a proxy alignment should not be necessary, however this cannot be guaranteed. If your mileage still flashes then a proxy alignment will be required.
Almost all (currently 89%) of faulty units can be repaired. In the event of your unit being beyond repair there will be no charge (except for a £8 return postage cost).
If your unit should become faulty within 12 months of repair, it will be repaired again free of charge (subject to being beyond repair as above). An £8 postage fee is payable for return.
