THIS REPLACEMENT BISHOP IS 1 5/8" tall from
the magnetic bottom to the top of the figures head.
The chess pieces are produced by Anri Toriart in Italy. The company Anri has been a respectable high-quality producer of wooden products since 1912. The chess pieces are a cast composite material invented by Anri called “Sculptite".
This beautiful BISHOP represents the famous Charlemagne, with other figures from that period. Charlemagne lived from ca. 747 to 844 and was one of the greatest and most popular rulers that Western Europe has ever known.
